i'm going to have to get better at this because once a week is silly
anyways
hung out with grandma
saw screening of Notorious----it's pretty good
if you like movies that cram 24 years into 2 hours
had drinks at pink taco
"eating out has never tasted so good"
ran around in the parking lot
worked and worked and worked
got to work two hours late because i misread the schedule
went to see exhibit at the MOCA
wandered around downtown
Ate burritos down town
Went to a book store
Drove home on Washington
got to practice late
worked---one hour late this time
almost cried because i fucked up two times in one week
only reason i didnt cry was because i was at work and i dont like letting people see me cry
Spent all day cleaning house
painted milkcrates gold
drank lots of beer
went to rehearsal---late again
ate a huge burrito
today
woke up
cleaned my windows
they were totally filthy
amazed at how much brighter my house is with clean windows
went to unurban
made tuna and ice tea and egg salad and stuck my hands in bleach water till they cracked
went shopping at TJ's
hung out with chris
pretended like we weren't seeing eachother
even though everyone knows
rode bike home
ate eggs and an avocado
drank more beer
played piano for 1/2 hour
this list is too long and doesnt involve any of my real feelings because i have forgotten all of them by now
another reason to post daily
okay im really going to try this time

my my its been a while...
intensive rehearsal every night
working every day
getting friends to sleep over so i can get my house painted
it looks like its underwater now
a few tropical plants and we'll be on our way to paradise
and all of a sudden when i do get a break....
i get a kidney infection
spent 160 dollars on herbs
drank gallons of cranberry juice
the pure kind
felt like dying
went away in 24 hours
it is amazing what herbs can do.
so if you ever have a UTI or Kidney infection take the following
Goldenseal
Marshmallow Root
Cornsilk
Usa Urvi-this is the most important one
Cranberry
Horsetail
For extreme cases you can buy tinctures of usa urvi and echinacea and put ten drops of each in a little water every two hours.
Drink lots and lots and lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies
No milk or meat or spicy
no coffee alcohol or cigarettes.
Swear to god it went away in 24 hours

woke up after dreaming about giant blueberries and a house with out walls or ceilings
cleaned paint brushes
did dishes
took out massive amounts of trash from house

Went hiking on Los Liones trail with Chris
Talked about zombies
saw LA from above
ate a massive sandwich at Bay Cities
bought fresh bread and pepperoncinis
ate sandwiches on the side walk
went to bike store
wanted to spit on the bike store employee
fixed bicycle
drank a beer with chris while watching fuzzy basketball
got another flat tire
rehearsal
rode home
gave Matt stereo amp to mix his songs with
almost cried because i'm confused about what I feel.
